Passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on 3rd August 2026, aged 87 years.
Beloved husband of Mary, much loved dad of Geoff, Carole, Lindsay and Bruce, dear father in law to Alex and Suzanne, devoted grandad of 11 and great grandad of 6. Alec will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Private interment at Trinity Churchyard, Widdrington, followed by Thanksgiving Service at URC Chruch, Widdrington on Friday 14th August 1pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Alnwick Hospice and the URC Church for which a box will be provided. All welcome for refreshments afterwards at the Church hall.
